1. What services do you offer?

2. What information do you need to start a project?

To get started efficiently, we usually need the following: Your main goal (sales, leads, brand presence, etc.), Project scope and required features, Reference websites you like, Content status (texts and visuals), Desired timeline. With this information, we can quickly prepare a clear roadmap and proposal.

3. How long does a typical project take?

Project duration depends on scope: Corporate websites: usually 1–3 weeks, Shopify store setup and optimization: 1–4 weeks, Custom software or integrations: 3–10+ weeks. We define timelines clearly after the initial analysis and split the project into milestones.

4. How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is based on three common models: Fixed project pricing for clearly defined scopes, Hourly or daily consulting for short-term needs, Monthly maintenance and development packages for ongoing support. All deliverables, revisions, and timelines are clearly stated in advance.

5. Do you create custom designs or use templates?

We work both ways. If speed is important, we adapt high-quality frameworks or templates to your brand. For more unique projects, we design UI/UX from scratch. Our priority is not just aesthetics, but usability and conversion performance.

6. Do you optimize for mobile devices and performance?

Yes. Mobile responsiveness is standard in all our projects. We also apply performance optimizations such as image compression, lazy loading, caching, code splitting, and unnecessary script removal to improve speed, SEO, and user experience.
