Our customers can return the products in their orders that they have purchased and received, in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged, intact and unused, within 14 days from the delivery date, in the same condition as they were received. Returns are accepted with the original box or packaging and the invoice sent to the customer. Otherwise, the product requested to be returned will not be refunded by trihed.com and the money amount of the product will not be refunded to our customers.
Products whose original box or packaging is crushed, torn, damaged, damaged, dirty, have duct tape attached, cargo label or shipping tape attached, have lost their resaleability, and cannot be purchased by another customer will not be accepted back by trihed.com. The relevant fee is non-refundable.
In goods produced in accordance with the BUYER’s special requests and demands or made personalized by making changes or additions; BUYER cannot exercise his right of return.
Our customers must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the order number of the product they want to return and the reason for the return. After this stage, trihed.com will get back to its customers and inform them where and how to return the product. From now on, our customers must deliver the product to be returned to us together with the invoice, meeting the previously stated conditions. In these cases, shipping costs belong to the customer. Customers are responsible for any extra costs incurred during this return and this amount will be deducted from the refunded fee.
After the products returned by our customers reach us, they are first examined by our returns department and, if necessary, sent to the product’s authorized service or supplier for testing. If all the conditions regarding the return comply with all the provisions explained above, the refund process is initiated and the relevant fee is refunded to our customer in the previously specified ways. The duration of this process is ten days at the latest. If the relevant period is delayed due to circumstances arising from the bank or third parties, trihed.com cannot be held responsible for this delay.
If the product sold is faulty or the package is damaged during the transportation of the order by the cargo company and as a result of this damage is detected and the product is not received by the buyer, the shipping fee will be covered by us. If the package is not accepted and a report is kept, this situation must be reported to trihed.com as soon as possible, along with the copy of the report remaining with the customer. A new and healthy delivery will be made by trihed.com as soon as possible, without any additional fee.
If the product they purchased turns out to be faulty or defective, our customers can request a new one of the same product instead of requesting a refund. Our customers should express their demands clearly by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Since the product must be in trihed.com stocks to meet this demand of our customers, trihed.com has the right to refund the price of the product instead of replacing it with a new one.
For orders placed with the money transfer payment option, if the order is not paid within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled and the product reserved for that customer will be re-added to the stocks and put on sale for 3 days. Due to this situation, our company is not responsible for situations such as cancellation of the order, out of stock and the customer not being able to order that product again. All expenses incurred due to this situation belong to our customers, and it is accepted by the customers that our company is exempt from all problems that may occur.
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Sakarya Consumer Courts are authorized for all bilateral disputes arising from the Terms of Service Agreement and User Rights text, up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
If the order is placed, our customer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement and usage rights.
