Payment and project delivery

The service scope, total price, VAT, payment schedule and dates are recorded in an individual quote or contract before the contract is concluded. Public pricing examples are non-binding guidance and do not replace a quote.

Payment follows the quote and invoice and is normally made by bank transfer. hafsa.de does not process credit card, PayPal or Klarna payments. A different payment method applies only where expressly agreed in the individual contract.

Websites, software, documentation and other digital deliverables are provided through the secure access, repositories, platforms or download methods agreed for the project. Acceptance, handover and usage rights are governed by the individual contract.

Installation, billing, trial periods and cancellation for apps obtained through the Shopify App Store follow the applicable app listing and Shopify's terms. These transactions are not processed through a hafsa.de checkout.
